A stress free and enjoyable experience having my 6kw PV Solar Panels, Solax Inverter and 17.4kw Battery Array installed by Redmile Energy, a full turn-key package, took just two days. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful personnel, with a full and active customer aftercare service. Highly recommend.

So far, I've used Redmile Energy for 3 solar panel installations. The first in 2015 which has already more than paid for itself, then I've had them add a battery system earlier this year which has been great. Two further PV installations this year for my family members which are both performing well. The professional and friendly manner of all staff encountered has been first class along with their competitive pricing. Highly recommended.

James and Steve carried out a comprehensive survey of our property before providing me with a fully costed quote. They were the only company out of five that I approached who were able to do this. The scaffolders turned up on time on the day they said they would. The Redmile team arrived a few days later exactly as promised and were a well oiled machine. As you know in 2015 you installed my solar panels, they have already repaid their cost along with obtaining bill reductions. Based upon your past quality I requested you to recently install battery storage for me. I'm pleased to say that it's working great and contributing considerable grid reductions despite running a hot tub. The batteries are sufficient to maintain the tub temperature and other property electrics overnight and still have around 60% left in the morning, this then assists if the sun is not generating sufficient solar power for daytime electrical use. II had a problem with a failed inverter 2 years after installation. Redmile were out to my house within a few days to assess what the issue was and took care of the whole warranty claim on my behalf and were back within 14 days to fit the replacement inverter. I only had to make two phone calls and as always, communication from the Redmile team was excellent. This level of customer care two years after completing a job is what makes these guys such a big recommend for me."
